Fear Does Not Mean Stop. It Means This

If going forward in your life scares you, you are not alone. If taking your first step makes you uncomfortable, you are not alone. If going after your dreams scares you, you are doing the right thing.

You are not wasting your time. You are using your time wisely. You are trying. You are getting better. You are learning. Above all, you are tired of where you are.

You want to see something new in your own life. You want to experience a new life. They are cool, right? But to get to the other side, you have walls to climb. You have some boxes to unpack. You have some mathematical equations to solve.

If you can solve them, success is yours. If you can face your fears, you are more likely to do well in your life. You are more likely to meet other successful people. They are people who have done what you want to do, being to where you want to be.

They made it because they had the courage to face their fears. They didn’t run away from them.

So if you want to get to the other side of your life, you can do it. You can get there. You don’t have to worry about anything. Because you are not going there alone. God is going with you. God will never let you down.

But you have to do your part. You have to do your work, even when you do not know how to do it. God will not put you down. Because He knows that the road ahead is not going to be easy.

God is who you need when you don’t know what is going to happen in the future. No matter where you are in your life, no matter what is standing right in front of you, you can face it. Do not be afraid. Fear means go, not stop.

You have what it takes to do what you want to do. You have what it takes to face failure. Because you will never succeed in your life if you are scared to fail. Accept it. Because failure is the gateway to your success. So if you want to be successful in your life, you must act courageously.

As always, You are more, not less!

What Are You Still Holding On To?

‘Holding on is not the same as taking care of what you value or protecting that which is yours.’ – Iyanla Vanzant

To you, what does ‘holding on’ mean? Does it mean taking care of what you have? Does it mean fighting to defend what you already have?

Why do we even hold on to things that we know are not helping us? Why?

Because we don’t want to lose our things. We want what we already to be there, to stay with us. We don’t want to lose them. We love what we have.

Guess what, if you don’t let go, nothing is going to come in. To let go is to let in. If you want to see new things in your life, you must let go of the old ones.

You cannot be in two places at the same time. That is not possible. If you want to be good at what you are doing, you will have to let go of one.

Letting go means freedom. It won’t hurt you. Instead, letting go is a blessing.

Remember why you are here. Your life matters. You are not here to protect what is not worth protecting. You are here to live your life, to be who you are, to do what you love to do.

If you do not want to let go of what is no longer helping you, what you need won’t be able to get to you.

For example, to grow, you must do whatever you can to make it to where you can make your dreams happen. Do not let things hold you back. And do not hold yourself back by holding on to things that have no power to change your life.

The question is, ‘What are you holding on to?’ Whatever it is that you think in your life that you are still holding on to, if it is not helping you, if it is not getting you closer to your dreams, you MUST let it leave your life.

Because you don’t have time to waste. Because you life matters. Because you want to advanve to your next level.

In the words of Iyanla Vanzant, ‘When you can stop holding on, you begin to realize that your blessings cannot be taken away, nor will they go away until the Universe is ready to up the ante.‘ She is right.

You can stop holding on. You can do it when you start small. Do not rush yourself. Because ‘rushing leads to nowhere.’
