Why You Can’t See Yourself As You Really Are

“I am not good enough. The other person is better.” This is what you keep telling yourself. How do you know the other person is better than you?

The other person is not better than you. He or she is living his or her life. You live yours. You focus on yourself. Instead of wasting your energy playing comparison game, why not reconnect with yourself. Your soul needs the real you.

You are not going to see how beautiful you are if you keep comparing yourself to another person. It is okay to compare, but don’t forget about your own uniqueness. If you are looking away, how can you see yourself? If you don’t celebrate yourself, do you expect other people to celebrate you? Whatever you want from other people, give it to yourself. If you want love, give it to yourself. You have it. Don’t waste it!

To see yourself as you really are, according to Buddha, “Cast off pretense and self-deception and see yourself as you really are.” Self-deception closes the door to your inner life. It blocks you from knowing who you really are. It stops you from exploring yourself. It stops you from making the right decisions.

It is important to know yourself. Because if you don’t know yourself, you can’t change your life. And to change your life, self-deception is not the way to do it. You must be self-aware. Period.

How To Appreciate The Beauty Within You

“In every man’s heart there is a secret nerve that answers to the vibrations of beauty.”

Stephen Vincent Benet

You have the power to connect with your beauty when you are down. Whenever things are not working for you, don’t cry, don’t worry, just connect with your inner beauty. Because the beauty within you is the real beauty that you should always celebrate. You need the beauty within to face difficult situations.

To find your real life within, you need to appreciate who you are. If you can’t see the beauty within you, you can’t move forward. If you can’t see and connect with the beauty within you, you can’t see your real self. You can’t connect with your real self. And if you can’t connect with who you really are, you can’t live your real life.

Whenever you feel you are up against something bigger than your physical body, connect with your inner beauty.”

Whether you accept it or not, you are here to live your beautiful life, not just to live. You are not here to exist, you are here to live a beautiful life. There is life within you. There is power within you. Whenever you feel you are up against something bigger than your physical body, connect with your inner power, your inner beauty. Don’t worry about what you can’t do. Don’t worry about your past. Right now, your past is not necessary. When you keep living in the past, instead of moving forward, you will be moving backward. Do you want to do that to yourself?

“When you accept yourself as you are, you have created a new you.”

Your true beauty is real and whole. But to keep it whole, you need to connect with it. You need to appreciate it. When you accept who you really are, your fake self is not important to you anymore. It is useless. When you accept yourself as you are, you have created a new you.
