From Words To Action: How To Stop Talking And Start Taking Action

Just talking about what you want is not going to make it happen. If you really want to make a difference in your life, you have got to take your own leap of faith. No one is going to take it for you. Take it. Do not wait for anything else. Do not wait for the right time to take action. If you are not going to move, if you don’t know what to do, then ask for help.

If you don’t ask for help, help is not going to come to you. If you love yourself, take action. If you want to make a difference in your life, take action. If you want to make the world a better place, then you have got to take action.

If you don’t take action, you are just like ‘a stationary sailboat….’ If you do not take action to change your life, you are just another ‘boat tied to the dock. It’s a sailboat with no sails.’

If you want to grow, remember that growth ‘starts with doing, not just believing….’

‘What is keeping you from getting real? Fear?

‘Freedom and bravery don’t happen when we hide. They come only when we step into the truth of who we are and what we are facing. If you want to change, if you desire to experience life and rediscover your passions beyond hiding, dot holding, and constant exhaustion from trying to keep all together, then it’s time to let yourself be real.’- Rachel Marie Martin

Listening to your mind and your emotions is an important pivot point of change.’- Rachel Marie Martin

‘When we’re stuck, it doesn’t mean we don’t know we need to jump. It’s rather we don’t know the path or even what we’re supposed to be jumping into, and that fear of the ‘what happens after’ keeps us counting, ‘One, two, three,’ over and over and never leaping.’– Rachel Marie Martin

It takes self-confidence to munster the courage to unearth the fears holding you back. It takes faith to examine the fears and replace the fallacy of most fears with truth.’- Rachel Marie Martin

‘In order to change, you need to stop fearing the change but instead fear the results of not trying to change. What happens if you don’t jump? What happens if you stay where you are now? Isn’t the greatest risk the risk of doing nothing?’

Always look for the best!
