If you can manage yourself, you can manage other people. But if you cannot manage yourself, what makes you think you can manage other people? whether you can manage other people or not, but you must learn to manage yourself. Let us start here. Change a little to gain a lot "It makes no difference what you have done in the past. From this day on, you can, if you choose, change a little to gain more."- Shad Helmstetter Manage yourself first "How you manage yourself, what you do, how you act, each and every moment, every word you speak, motion you make, and action you take, or do not take, will determine how well anything in your life works for you."- Shad Helmstetter
John Locke said, “What worries you, masters you.” Worrying is not the way to go in our lives. We worry too much. We worry about things that will never happen to us. If you have something going on in your life, worrying about it won’t help you. It will hurt you. It is okay to think about your problems, but not worrying yourself about it. If you want to solve a problem, don’t worry about it, think about it.
Life is full of stress. But you must do everything within your power to manage it. Focus on what will make you happy. If you like to practice meditation, do more of it. If you like to read to calm yourself, do more of it. Just do what makes you happy. Do what makes you relax yourself, your soul. Because you are not here to worry, but to live your life. How you manage your life will make all the difference. Are you going to stop worrying yourself?
