
You can live a stress-free life if you have the courage to focus on what makes your soul smile.
Because, according to Joel Osteen, ‘If you get your soul healthy, you’ll get your energy back.’ Why is that? Because a healthy soul is a healthy life. If do not want to hurt yourself, don’t do anything that is against your soul.
‘What’s going on in your emotions, how you feel about yourself, and what you’re allowing to play in your mind are affecting what’s happening on the outside.’ How you think about yourself has everything to do with how you feel about yourself. If you want to feel better, you have to change your thoughts.
‘Is your soul healthy?’ Yes, my soul is healthy. It is positive. It is not sick.
‘It’s easy to adapt to things that are poisoning us and we don’t realize it.’ Things that are making you unhappy, they are not from other people. They are from within you. Take care of what is going on within you.
‘If your soul is bitter, your life will be bitter.’ But you can change it. You do that by focusing on what is important to you. Don’t drag yourself through the day. Instead, live your day.
‘Don’t just deal with the symptom; get to the root. Learn to live from a place of faith. Your life is bigger than what you are going through. Do not worry about what you cannot change. Do not live in your past. Whatever it is that you are facing right now, you can make it better. To do that, you have got to focus on where the thing is happening.
‘Your soul may feel broken, wounded, hurt from mistakes you’ve made or from what someone else did. But your soul can be restored.’ If you are not okay with what you are eating, then stop it. Get something better for yourself.

‘The real question is, Can you see yourself without fault?’ If all you see in your life is what is not going well, then you have a lot of work to do.

‘If you’re going to be happy, you have to be happy on purpose, because there will be people, betrayals, delays, and all kinds of situations that can cause you to live sour.’ Make your own decision to be happy. Only you can make you happy. Why not do it now?
‘If you don’t get happy where you are, you probably won’t get to where you want to be.’ When it comes to your happiness, where you are matters. The people you are with matters. And what you are doing there matters.
‘You’re as happy as you want to be.’ Because your happiness is your responsibility. Do not wait for other people to make you happy. If you can’t make yourself happy, no one is going to do it for you.

‘If you’re going to live happier, you may have to tune some things out. You can’t take in the negative all the time and stay in faith.’ Whatever is not making you happy, tune it out.
‘You can’t move forward if you’re looking back. You can’t enjoy today if you’re focused on yesterday.’- If you want a new life, get rid of what is not working for you.
‘You have to give yourself permission to be happy.’ Life is worth living when happiness is present. So if you want to stay happy, give yourself permission to live your life.
