Why You Should Surround Yourself With The Right People

Surround yourself with people who believe in you. People who challenge you to be your best, who trust you with million-dollar checks.’– Sam Acho

Do not forget the power of people. They can make you. Or they can break you.

If you want to improve your life, you need people who believe in you. You don’t need people who are not for your dreams, who don’t have anything good to say about you.

No, you do not need them.

‘We should be building people up, not putting them down.’- Joyce Meyer

It is better to be alone than to be with toxic people. It is better to be yourself than to be with people who don’t appreciate you.

Be nice to people. Show them love. But do not take more than you can chew. The people around you should be building you up, not taking you down. Be careful. Because if they are not lifting you up, then they are pulling you down.

Do not setttle for that. If you do, you won’t grow. Because they do not want you to grow.

‘Surround yourself with people who trust you.’

You don’t need them. All you need is you. Believe in yourself. No matter what you are going through in your life, it will get better. It is not going to be there forever.

When the going gets really tough, do not give up. Just keep going. Because you are almost there. And you will get there.

Wherever You Are, Always Do Your Best

"I am not the type of person who thinks in terms of 'if only' or 'could have', would have, should have.' It is what it is and everything happens for a reason.
When a person thinks 'if only I would have known such and such,' it shows a certain amount of fear or lack of trust that everything is as it should be.
I try to always do my best and if I look back and think I didn't do my best, then that is the only thing I acknowledge and then try to change."- Charlene Wong, Canadian figure skater

Never compare yourself to anyone. It is only your best that can take you to where you want to be. Comparing your best to someone else's best is a waste of time. Do not do that. It is not for you. It is a dirty game. Wherever you are, always give your best. When you do your best, you get the best.

It is your best. It is good enough for you. Because it is your best.
