You have got to practice it. It is easy to say, but hard to do. Very hard to do. Even harder to keep.

But if you can do it, if you can focus on what makes you come alive, if you can make your life your priority, if you can say ‘no’ to what is making you unhappy, if you can say no to what is not in line with your dreams, your goals, your future,

if you can say no to toxic friends, to a toxic boss, manager, if you can say no to fear, to self-doubt, to self-destructive habits, you can achieve anything in your life.

The question is, ‘Do you know when to say ‘no’ to what is no longer helping you?

No, you are not stuck. If you think you are stuck, you can always unstuck yourself.

The Lord has a lot of things in store for you. Because of that, please do not stuck yourself. There are so many things that you can do to change your life. You can get away from a toxic environment. You can say ‘goodbye’ to a toxic friend. You can quit a toxic job. You can take responsibility for your life. You can stretch yourself. Above all, you can take care of your thought.

If something is not making you better, if something is not adding anything to your life, guess what, it is taking a lot away from your life.

If you are in a place where you are always disrespeted, you don’t have to stay there. You don’t have to tolerate it. If you are not comfortable anymore, you can leave.

‘If you want to connect with your inner happiness, you must unstuck yourself.’

Do not forget that you are the master of your life. And you must treat yourself as such. Do not wait for anyone to tell you to leave a smoky room. Do not wait for anyone to tell you to leave an abusive relationship. Yes, it is okay to listen to other people. But you know what is good for you. You know when it is time to say ‘enough is enough.’
