"Climb unto the topmost bights,
win yourself an honored name,
but respect another's rights,
raise the weak and help the lame;
strength of muscle or of mind
gives no right to be unkind."- Edgar Albert Guest

It doesn't matter where you are,
where you want to go,
to get there, to stay there, you must raise other people up.

Raise others. Do not forget the weak.
You can't promote yourself without promoting yourself.

To get to where you want to go, you must not leave anybody behind.
You are not a success if your people are not doing well.
As a leader, your job is not to leave people behind.
It is to lift them up. People don't like to be stuck.
They want to grow. If you can lift then up,
if you can give then what they want and need, you are their God.
And they will never forget you.
