Complaining about what you do not have won't get you anywhere.
You have many things to be grateful for.
So stop complaining about what you do not have.
Stop complaining about what you can't do.
Because while you are still here on this earth,
you can change the direction of your life.
You can change yourself.
You can change your life.
You can change the lives of the people around you.
While you are still here, do not waste your life.
Enjoy every moment of it.
Live your life with love.
Live your life with joy.
Live your life with purpose.
Live your life with happiness.
Live your life with gratitude.
Go out there and make the world a better place.
When you complain, you can't.
But when you are grateful for what you have,
for what you can do, you can change the world.
Life is precious. Do not waste it.
Instead of complaining about what is not working for you,
instead of complaining about what you cannot do,
why not use your time to celebrate what is working for you?
Why not use your time to bless yourself?
Why not use your time to create a new path for yourself?
A new path, a new life.
If you are not happy with what you are doing, with where you are, do not resist it. It is time to move on to the next level. And to move on to the next level, you must not resist change.
“You have to be completely discouraged before you can progress.”– Carolyn Schlam
You can move on, you can grow yourself only if you have the courage to do the following:
Give something up
Carolyn Schlam says, “If we want to grow, we must give something up.” Whatever it is that is holding you back from achieving your greatness in life, let it go. Give it up.
Do not put yourself down
“When we put ourselves down, we meditate on what is lacking instead of being grateful for what we have; we compare ourselves to others and out come out less than; we beat upon ourselves and work ourselves into a state of self-condemnation that blocks answers to our prayer.”- Dr Pat Francis
You do not have any reason to put yourself down. Life is too short to do that. To find happines in your life, do not focus on what is not there. Do not compare yourself to other people. They have their own problems. You have yours. Let them face their problems. While you mind your own business. Do not worry about other people. Focus on where you are, what you are doing, and where you are going. That is good enough.
“Keep learning”
If you want to expand your world, do not stop learning. According to Harry Beckwith and Christine K. Clifford, “Education does more than prepare us for career and expand our minds. It enlarges our world- the number of people with whom we can connect. Because education covers so much ground, it helps us find more of the ground that is common to others whom we meet.”
Slow Down
According to Mark Nepo, “When impatient, the explorer in us demands that the problem solver in us work faster. But the native in us works more closely with what is. The native in us is in no hurry to get anywhere, wanting only to inhabit wherever we are to the fullest.” Listen to your inner self. It takes time to get real things done. Take your time to do the things that are important to you. Do not measure yourself against time. If you do, you will fail. Why is that? Because time will always win.
