“A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not discovered the value of life.”– Charles Darwin

Time is life. If you love your life, you will love your time. You will know how to manage your time. YOU will not waste your time.

Time is flying by. The question is, what are you busy doing?

Are you busy growing yourself? Are you busy growing other people? Are you busy dwelling on the past? Are busy living in the future? What are you busy doing?

Time is important. Manage it well. You were created to manage your time. Don’t let your time manage you. Know what is important to you. Know what is not important to you. That is time management.

Stop making excuses. Making excuses will not lead you to your dreams. It prevents you from achieving your dreams. Don’t just go through life. Grow through life. Do not settle for less. Resent poverty. Don’t accept things that will move you away from your goals.

You are here to grow, not to waste your time. You are here to multiply, not to decline. Don’t waste your time. Take bold steps toward your dreams. If you don’t take it, no one will take it for you. Take it.

Spend your precious time with your loved ones. They love you. Be with them. Don’t spend your time with people who are putting you down. Spend your time with people who value you, who loved you, who are praying for you to succeed, who are ready to lift you up when you are down.

Your time on earth is limited, whether you want to hear it or not. You don’t have hundred years to get things done. You don’t have eternity to change your life. You don’t have eternity to forgive those who have wronged you. Spend your time wisely.

Spend time with yourself. We don’t do this anymore. We are there for people, but they are not there for us when we need them. We are always busy, always working, always on the phone, always angry, always worrying, always focusing on our mistakes, always trying to fit in. These things are good, but wrong. They are good because some of them are the right things to do. Others are just wrong. Just wrong!

No matter what, always find time to connect with yourself. If you don’t have time to connect with yourself, when will you do it? When?

The more you connect with yourself, the more you will know yourself. The more you will know what you want and need. The better for you.

Find time to relax, to read, to love, to think, to build positive friendships, to clean up your brain. Time is flying by. Find time to enjoy your life. Now. One great thinker said, “Everything has been figured out, except how to live.”

How To Build Your Self-Worth

Baltasar Gracian said, “Respect yourself if you would have others respect you.”

Respect everything about yourself and people will respect you. Your self-worth is your worth. It is how you treat yourself.

To build your self-worth, do not let people put you down, no matter who they are. Don’t let that happen to you. If you do, you are telling yourself, ‘you are not good enough.’

To build your self-worth, you have to feel good about yourself. It is important. Because if you don’t feel good about yourself, you can’t really do well in life.

Another way you can build your self-worth is to stop putting yourself down. Don’t put yourself down, and do not allow people to put you down. Do not compare yourself to others. They have their lives. You have yours. So live your own life.

Tell yourself, “I’m good enough.” If you don’t celebrate yourself, no one will celebrate you. Do it always.

No matter what you are doing, try to be your best, do your best, and earn the best. Don’t strive to be perfect. Just do your best.

Hang out with people who celebrate you, not those who will put you down. Associate yourself with friends who want you to succeed in life. Don’t be around negative people- people who will question your worth. They will drag down your self-worth.

You can also raise your self-worth by following your passion. Do what you are passionate about. Don’t start anything that you cannot finish. It feels good to start something and complete it. It boosts your self-worth.

Finally, you can build your self-worth by learning how to forgive yourself. No one is perfect. If you do anything wrong, don’t beat yourself up. Forgive yourself. Love yourself. Celebrate yourself and the people around you. Focus on positive things, and positive things will come to you.

Don’t put yourself down. You are unique. Celebrate yourself. Love yourself. Forgive yourself. Move on.
