“Always do what you are afraid to do.”– Ralph Waldo Emerson

If you want to conquer your fear, you must do what you think you cannot do. You must face your fears. But just because you can do something, doesn’t mean you should do it.

If you want to conquer your fears, don’t feed them, starve them. According to Steve Maraboli, Your fear is 100% dependent on you for its survival.” It is okay to be afraid of something. But don’t let fear stop you from doing your own thing. Don’t let fear stop you from pursuing your dreams.

What are you really afraid of? Failure? Success? Responsibility? Death? Growth? Living? Your past?

We all have fear. But whatever you fear, to conquer it, you must face it. You must do what you are afraid to do.

What are you doing right now to change the direction of your life? What are you doing to change what is holding you back? What are you doing today to make your dreams come true? Remember that a dream is just a dream without action. If you want your dreams to come true, you must take action. It is time to start doing. It is time to stop talking. It is time to stop planning. It is time to start fighting for what you want. Don’t wait for what you want, fight for it.

It is not enough to dream. It is not enough to say what you want to achieve in your life. It is not enough to plan. You must participate in making your life a masterpiece. You must participate in healing yourself. If not, it won’t happen.

If you want things to change, you must change. If you want to move yourself closer to where you want to go, it is time to take action. It is time to stop talking. It is time to start doing. Remember, “Nothing happens without action.” If you want your life to work, take action.
