How To Handle A Challenging Situation

How you react to what is going on in your life is yours. But just know that you can’t control everything. No one can, no matter how smart, successful.

We can’t control everything. We can’t control what is happening around us. But we can control who we are. We can control what we say. We can control what we do. And we can control what we do next.

Is that all? No, it is not all. When you are faced with a challenging situation, the first thing to do is to stay calm. Do not freak out. Because freaking out is not going to help you. It is going to make you even more confused.

The second thing you can do is to know what is going on, why is it happening? Do not ask, ‘Why is it happening to me?’ When you know what is going on, you can deal with it. You can manage it.

You can change what you are saying about what you are doing, or what you are saying about where you are. For example, if your boss is not a good boss, if your manager is a joke, you can say something like, ‘They are just different. I need time to understand who they are.’

When you change what you say about your situation, you will start to create a new life for yourself.

Your life will start to take a whole new shape. Because words are powerful. Words are powerful. They can make you a champion. And they can also create a loser out of you. It is up to you.

If you want to experience a positive life, stop using negative words to describe yourself. If you want to experience a positive life, start using positive words to tell your own story.

When you are faced with challenging things, don’t ask yourself, ‘Why me?’ Instead, ask yourself, ‘Why not me?’

Why not you?

Why It Is Okay To Look Stupid Sometimes

Why is looking stupid really good for us? Why is doing crazy things good for our health? Why is doing stupid things really good for our happiness? Why?

Because we are human beings. Human beings are human beings. We want to be human beings.

It is okay to do what you do, the way you do it, and stay true to why you are doing it. Do not pretend to be who you are not. That is what some people do when they don’t want to look stupid.

They want everybody to like them. They want to look perfect. They want to be the smartest people in the room.

If you are the smartest person in the room, you are not going to grow. You are not going to learn anything. And you are not going to take anything away. Above all, you are not in the right place. You are in the wrong room. If you want to grow, you must change your position.

You must be willing to look stupid. Looking stupid is the best way to learn, to know what we don’t know, to rewrite our stories.

Looking stupid is not really looking stupid. It is looking smart. When you are comfortable looking stupid, you are comfortable with failures. You are not afraid to make mistakes. You are just being you, the real you.

That is what we need if we really want to grow, if we are serious about changing the world around us.

You can do a lot of things for yourself when you are willing to look stupid, not when you are presenting who you are not.

If you want to really make a difference in your life, do not be afraid to screw things up. Do not be afraid to shake things up. And do not be afraid to live your values.

You can change anything in your life if you are not concerned about getting everything right, if you can stop worrying about being the best.

If you can just be yourself, you can do anything. The question is, ‘Will you?’
