Preparing Your Mind To Receive The Best

To receive the best, you must expect the best. You cannot receive the best if don’t expect the best. You must prepare your mind if you are to receive the best. Only the best mind attracts the best. You must occupy your mind with the best thoughts. The best thoughts are positive thoughts, happy thoughts, and healthy thoughts.

To attract the best that life has to offer, you must be ready and willing to receive it. But you can’t receive it if you are not ready.

You must prepare yourself. You must do the right things. You must never occupy your mind with negative thoughts. Because negative and positive things cannot coexist. They cannot live together. So if you want to stay positive, think positive thoughts.

If you want to attract negative things, think negative thoughts. Remember, only positive thoughts can make you a better person- a better friend, husband, coworker, and citizen.

Before you can attract positive things into your life, you must be a positive thinker. A negative mind cannot attract success. A negative mind cannot attract positive things. A negative mind cannot build a healthy body. A negative mind cannot attract good friends into your life. A negative mind will attract other negative people, diseases, and negative feelings into your life. You have the power to change that. You can do that by focusing on positive things. Remember, what you focus on, you will attract. What you think about all the time, you will attract.

Ernest Holmes said, “Prepare your mind to receive the best that life has to offer.” Life has a lot to offer, but if we don’t position our minds in the right position, we can’t reach our goals.

How To Control Your Own Feelings

You choose how you will feel. It is in your head. It is in your mind.

Your feelings come from your thoughts. Your feelings are reactions to what you are thinking.

But if you focus on negative thoughts, you will feel negative about yourself.

To change that, you must first change your thoughts. Change what you are thinking about, and everything will change.

Everything starts in your mind. Your feelings come before your thoughts.

If you want to stay healthy, happy, think positive thoughts in your mind. Do not keep negative thoughts in your mind. If you find yourself thinking about negative things, stop and change it.

Positive thoughts attract other positive things into your life. That is what you need to live a healthy life.

Negative thoughts attract other negative things into your life. That is what you DON’T need to live your life.
