How Do You Talk To Yourself?

When you talk to yourself, what do you say to yourself? Why is it important? Why is it important to your life? Why is it important to your growth? Why is it important to your career?

Because thoughts are powerful. They can tear us down. And they can lift us up. They can make us happy. And they can make us unhappy. That is why you should never use negative words to describe yourself. You cannot build a better life by tearing yourself down. You can’t build a happy life with negative words. You can’t build a better life with negative thoughts.

If you want to live a better life, you must talk to yourself like a better human being. Talk to yourself like someone you love, like someone you want to be with.

If you want to change your life, you must respect yourself. You must talk to yourself the way you talk to other people.

Because you can’t grow your life by pulling yourself down. You can’t move forward in your life by constantly telling yourself negative things. You can’t build a better life by tearing yourself down.

You are who you are. God created you the way you are for a reason. Do not criticize yourself. Instead of tearing yourself down, why not lift yourself up?

Instead of saying, ‘I am not good enough’, say, ‘I am good enough.’

Life is an echo. What you send out comes back’– Zig Ziglar

Life is your garden. What you plant, you reap.

If you plant love, you reap love.

If you plant happiness, you reap happiness.

If you plant peace, you reap peace.

If you plant light, you reap light.

If you plant darkness, you reap darkness.

If you plant hope, you reap hope.

If you plant work, you reap success.

If you plant laziness, you reap poverty.

If you plant joy, you reap joy.

If you plant fear, you reap fear.

If you plant negative thoughts, you reap negative things.

If you plant hate, you reap hate.

If you plant division, you reap division.

If you plant care, you reap care.

If you do not plant, expect nothing.
