This Is The Reason Why You Should Give Everything To Love

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Give all to love; obey thy heart.”

What are you giving to love? Is love really love to you? What does it mean to you?

To me, “Love is Love.”

“Love is Love.” It is the only way forward in our lives. We can’t do anything productive without love. We can’t eat without love. We can’t read without love. We can’t help others without love. We can’t help ourselves without love. In fact, without love, we are nothing! Yes, we are nothing.

Without love, there is no way forward for us. Why is that? Because we can’t live in fear, we can’t live in hate. We want to get better in life. And that is only possible if we have the courage to live in love. No matter what, my friends, love is better than hate. It is a giver. It gives life without expecting anything in return. It transforms us without damaging us. It connects us with other people without focusing on our differences. It doesn’t discriminate. It just loves us. And if you want to connect with your inner life, your inner house, the only way to do it is through love.

In fact, do not do anything without love. Love is the way. Nothing more, nothing less. According to Paulo Coelho, “Love is the force that transforms and improve the soul of the world. ... It is we who nourish the soul of the world, and the world we live in will either better or worse, depending on whether we become better or worse. Because when we love, we always strive to become better than we are.” That is why “Love is Love.” Love is all that we need to live our lives. The Scripture says, “Love thy neighbor as thy self.” Love your neighbor as yourself. If you love God, love thy neighbor. If you love God, love thyself. Do not ignore thyself. Because you need thyself.

4 Learning Lessons From Xun Zi

“Learning is life. Life is learning. If you are not living, you are not learning enough. If you are not growing, you are not learning enough”

Xun Zi, Chinese Confucian philosopher

Here are 4 important learning lessons from Xun Zi

Think, Think, Think.

“The learning of the gentleman enters through his ears, fastens to his heart, spreads through his four limbs, and manifests itself in his actions. … The learning of the petty person enters through his ears and passes out his mouth. From mouth to ears is only four inches- how could it be enough to improve a whole body larger than that.”- Xun Zi

Everything is connected

“In order to properly understand the big picture, everyone should fear becoming mentally clouded and obsessed with one small section of truth.”- Xun Zi

Always examine yourself on the inside

“It is simply that when one examines oneself on the inside, external goods carry little weight.”- Xun Zi

No matter where you are, no matter what you are going through right now in your life, always do the right thing.

“If an action … involves little profit but much righteousness, do it.”- Xun Zi
