Help people, but don’t please them. Why are you wasting your time to please people? Why? You need people to help you succeed in your life. Pleasing people is not the right way to get there. Pleasing people is not the right way to build a positive relationship. Some people will like you for who you are; others will hate you for who you are. Don’t worry. Keep moving forward. Your life is not in their hands. You must focus on making yourself better.

You say yes to everything. You can’t say no to people. You don’t want to let people down. You want people to like you. You want to fit in. You care about what other people think of you. You want to look good in the eyes of other people. You don’t want people to reject you. Wow!

“Please all, and you will hurt yourself.”

Know this: “Until you start saying yes to yourself, you will never find yourself. Until you stop pleasing people, you will never know your true self.

In reality, when you don’t focus on yourself, you are stopping yourself from moving forward. You are stopping yourself from growing. You are stopping yourself from building a meaningful life. To stop that, you must be comfortable with who you are. You must practice your core values. Let your values guide your life. Aesop said, “Please all, and you will please none.” Please yourself to grow yourself. Please all, and you will hurt yourself.

Happiness Is Everywhere

“Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if you only remember to turn on the light.”- J. k. Rowling

Happiness is everywhere. Wherever you look, there is happiness. Wherever you go, there is happiness. The question is, “Are you searching for happiness?” Why? Why are you chasing what you cannot catch? Happiness is not what you search for; it is what you give. It is a way of life. It is not something out there; it is something in there. It is inside you. If you really want to be a happy person, don’t look too far to find happiness. It is inside you.

Instead of searching for happiness, focus on what is right in your life. When you focus on what is right in your life, you will find happiness, and you will be at peace with yourself. Don’t focus on what is not working for you. If you do, you are hurting yourself. You are not helping yourself. You are not here on earth to hurt yourself; you are here on earth to help yourself. For that reason, you must do whatever you can to make yourself happy. It is within your power to make yourself happy. Don’t wait for me. your spouse, your government, your boss, or your kids. No one can do it. No one can make you happy, but you.

Sometimes what you think is wrong with you is not really what is wrong with you. What is really wrong with you is the way you see yourself, the way you talk to yourself, or the way you think about your situation. Nothing is wrong with you. You have got to change how you treat yourself, your work, and your relationships.

You cannot live your life more than how you see yourself. If you want to change it, change how you carry yourself. Your progress depends on how you see yourself. You growth depends on how you treat yourself. Your happiness depends on how you treat yourself. Your relationships depends on how you treat yourself. Your work depends on how you treat yourself. Your relationships with other people depends on how you treat yourself. In fact, everything depends on how you treat yourself.

To find happiness, you must treat yourself with love and compassion. You are more than how you treat yourself. When you think positively about yourself, happiness will come to you. Don’t go out there searching for happiness; it is already inside you. Just connect with it. And you will find it.
