Free yourself from what you have. Relax yourself. You deserve to rest yourself. You are responsible for resting yourself. If you don’t need it, but your body needs it. If you don’t want to rest yourself, your soul will rest you. Why? Because you are active when your soul is in good shape. And to put your soul in good shape, you must learn to take a break. You must learn to detach yourself from negative thoughts.

Take care of yourself. You need it. Your body needs it. Your soul needs it. Some people will criticize you for taking care of yourself. Other people will support you for doing it. No matter what they say, they are not in charge of your life. You are your own boss. So use your power to take charge of your life. Stop attaching yourself to what you have. Stop protecting your material things. When they are done, they are done. When they are old, they are old. When it is time to let them go, let them go. It is their time to go. Do not fight to keep what you don’t need. Instead, fight yourself to detach yourself from your old negative thoughts. Life is not about attachment, but about detachment.

Detachment is life. Attachment is death. Detachment is healthy, is success, is freedom. Attachment is stress, is fear, is failure to let go. Detachment brings peace. Attachment brings panic, anxiety. That is why we suffer.

We suffer because we don’t know how to let go. Remember, you can buy anything you want, but you can’t keep everything you have. From now on, give away what you do not need. Detach yourself from old things. Detach yourself from old bad habits. Detach yourself from toxic friends. Detach yourself from your old negative thoughts. Detach yourself from fear, from hate. When you detach yourself from old things, new things will come to you. They will come to you. But to receive them, you must detach yourself from the old things.

As James Allen once said, “A man can attract that to him which is in harmony with his nature.” We are what we attract. We don’t attract anything that is not in harmony with our thoughts. If you want to feel good about something, or you are praying for something, fill your mind with the right thoughts. You get what you think about. If you think about negative things, you will attract negative things into your life.

You can control your thoughts. If you don’t like what you are thinking about, you can always change it. According to James Allen, ” You are the thinker of your thoughts, and as such you are the maker of self and condition.” Yes, we are the thinkers of our thoughts. We are the makers of our lives. If you don’t like your thoughts, change them. You are always going to be attracting that which you think about all the time.

If you want to change anything in your life, you must first work on your thoughts. You may change your home address, you may change your school, you may change your friends, you may change your car, but wherever you go, you will attract the same thing into your life. It is not about your situation, it is not about your condition, it is not about your circumstances; it is about your thoughts. If you want to get different results, change your thoughts. If you want your circumstances to change, you must change your thoughts. Until you change your thoughts, your life will never change.
