The best thing you can do for yourself today is to feel good about yourself. You can’t do your best if you feel terrible about yourself. Stop feeling bad about yourself. You are you. If you don’t love yourself, no one will love you. If you think you are not good enough, you are going to act according to your feelings. That is, if you think you are not good enough, you will never feel good about yourself.

If you want to change how you see yourself, you must first believe in yourself. Whether we want to hear it or not, everything starts with self-belief. Because if you believe you can change your self-worth, you can. If you believe you can change your life, you can. If you believe you are good enough, you are good enough. And if you believe you can change yourself, you can. On the other hand, if you think you are not good enough, you are not. It shouldn’t be so. You are not here on this earth by mistake. You are here to live your life, to love your life, to live in harmony with yourself, to do great things, not to beat yourself up. If you want to change yourself, your self-worth, you must be your own cheerleader.
