Here Is How You Can Recapture The Happiness Within Yourself

It is your responsibility to make yourself happy. If you are not happy with yourself, check your thoughts. Ask yourself, “What am I thinking about? Why am I thinking about this thing? Is it the right thing to be thinking about right now? Are my thoughts helping me? Are they hurting me?”

Life is too short for negative thoughts.

If you think negative thoughts, you will get negative results. If you focus on negative things, you will never attract positive things into your life. When things are not going well in your life, according to Anne Frank, “At such moments I don’t think about all the misery, but about the beauty that still remains. … Go outside, to the country, enjoy the sun and all nature has to offer. Go outside and try to recapture the happiness within yourself; think of all the beauty in yourself and in everything around you and be happy.”

The Best Remedy For Those Who Are Afraid, lonely, or unhappy is…

To manage fear, loneliness, or unhappiness, Anne Frank said, “The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. As long as this exists, and it certainly always will, I know that then there will always be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be. And I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles.

Be happy with yourself. Be comfortable with yourself, with your life. Make yourself happy, no matter what. People are not happy because they are not comfortable with themselves. Look, if you are not happy with yourself, you are not going to be happy with other people. If you are not comfortable with yourself, you are not going to be comfortable with other people.

Whatever you are going through right now in your life, it is not the end of your life. It is just the beginning of a new life. The question is, Are you prepared to embrace your new life?
