It is your responsibility to make yourself happy. If you are not happy with yourself, check your thoughts. Ask yourself, “What am I thinking about? Why am I thinking about this thing? Is it the right thing to be thinking about right now? Are my thoughts helping me? Are they hurting me?”
Life is too short for negative thoughts.
If you think negative thoughts, you will get negative results. If you focus on negative things, you will never attract positive things into your life. When things are not going well in your life, according to Anne Frank, “At such moments I don’t think about all the misery, but about the beauty that still remains. … Go outside, to the country, enjoy the sun and all nature has to offer. Go outside and try to recapture the happiness within yourself; think of all the beauty in yourself and in everything around you and be happy.”
“Seize the moments of happiness, love and be loved! That is the only reality in the world, all else is folly. It is the one thing we are interested in here.”- Leo Tolstoy
There is no ordinary time. There is no ordinary day. And there is no ordinary life.
If you know what you want, every moment is a special moment. If you are doing the right thing, every moment is a special moment.
If you are living rightly, every where you go is a special place. Do not take anything for granted. Because you are here to enjoy your life, to live your life, to make things happen.
Leo Tolstoy said, “Love is life.” When you are in love with yourself, nothing can stop you from getting to where you want to be. Because love is happiness. Love is strength. Love is energy. Love is peace.
When you are in love with yourself, you are in love with your life.
Richard Bach said, “The things we own, the places we live, the events of our lives: empty settings, and forget diamonds! The only thing that matters, at the end of a stay on earth, is how well did we love, what was the quality of our love?”
Love matters. If you don’t love yourself, you can’t touch other people. To touch other people, “love and be loved!”
