Give yourself time to love and play, and to stop worrying about what you cannot change. People worry about everything. Allow yourself to worry, but don’t make it a habit. Worry is worry. It cannot change anything.
Whenever you find yourself worrying, replace it with love. Worry cannot make your life better. Whenever you are faced with something, don’t worry yourself about it, face it with action. Think about what you can do to change it. Only action can change your life.
You can do something about what you are going through in your life. No matter how bad, stop worrying about it, do something about it. When you do something about your problems, when you do something about your fears, you will see that they are smaller than you think they really are.
No problem is bigger than you. Whatever you are facing in your life right now, use it to get to the next level in your life. Don’t let it set you back. Let it spring you forward.
Why do we worry? We worry because of fear. We don’t trust ourselves. We don’t believe in ourselves. We don’t even know what we are capable of doing. When something happens to us, the first thing we do is to run to other people for solutions. My question for you is: Do you think other people can fix your problems for you? Do you think they can change your life? Do you think other people have the power to stop your worry?
No one can help you. Because no one knows you better than yourself. That is why no one can do for you what you cannot do for yourself. Believe in yourself. If you want to change yourself, you must believe in yourself. Do not ruin your life with worry.
When you are faced with something, don’t worry about it, take it as an opportunity to grow, to stretch your mind. Whenever you catch yourself worrying, allow yourself to worry, but know when to stop and start living.
