Do You Have The Power To Confront Yourself?

Can you look yourself in the mirror and confront what you see? Can you ask yourself some serious questions about your life? Can you tell yourself what you need to hear? Can you be really honest with yourself?

It is time, my friend, to stop telling yourself what you want to hear. Your inner self doesn’t want to hear that anymore. Your inner self wants you to be honest with yourself. Because if you don’t understand your true self, you can’t understand your problems. You want to understand your problems, right? It is time to look yourself in the mirror and question what you see.

If you can confront yourself, you can live your real life. You can live fearlessly. According to Henry J. Kaiser, “Live daringly, boldly, fearlessly. Taste the relish to be found in competition- in having put forth the best within you.” Can you put forth the best within you when you don’t even know your real self? To put forth the best within you, you must first confront your fake self. Without that, putting forth the best within you can’t happen.

Nikki Giovanni said, “If you don’t understand yourself you don’t understand anybody else.” When you understand yourself, your true self, life becomes easier for you.

To confront yourself, you must be honest with yourself. You must do the things that will make your life better. You must stop lying to yourself. You must face the enemy within you- the negative self. Your worst enemy is what you tell yourself every day. You have got to stop telling yourself lies about your own future.

If you want to reach your dreams, focus on the process rather than the results. Do not underestimate what you can do. Don’t take things so personally. Have fun. Don’t stop until you succeed. People fail because they just stop trying. Be comfortable with mistakes. Make lots of them, but not the same ones. Mistakes are a fact of life. You can’t do without them. You can’t learn without them. You can’t grow without them. You can’t move forward without them. So when you make mistakes, be happy. But make sure you learn from them. Don’t just make them and wake away. If you do that, you can’t grow.

If you want to succeed in life, you must first confront your fake self. Are you ready to do that?

Why It Is Better To Spend Your Time With Yourself

When you spend your quality time with yourself, you are reconnecting with your true self. You are letting go of the past that have been holding you back. You are renewing your love with your true self. It is better to spend your time with your inner self than to spend it with heart breakers. It is better to be alone than to be with a person who does not value you.

“Spending your time with yourself is better than spending it with heart breakers.”

“You can’t force anyone to love or want you.” BUT, according to John Amodeo, “There is less to lose when you have yourself.” It is your right to have yourself. So don’t spend your life with people who are not lifting you up. If you spend time with quality people, your life will improve significantly. But if you spend your life with someone who does not respect you, your life will never improve. To stop that from happening to you, spend your time with yourself. Don’t be afraid to be alone.
