You Are Not Lost

You are not lost. It’s just that your own thoughts are being kept from you, or hidden away.”- Haruki Murakami

No matter what is going on in your life, “you are not lost.” You are alive. And it will all come to pass. Remember that nothing is permanent in life. Do not regret your life, celebrate it.

Life is a gift. It is a gift to be alive, to do what we love to do, to love, to breathe, to lift other people up. In the words of Michael Crichton, “Life is beautiful. It’s a gift to be alive, to see the sun and breathe the air.” Isn’t that good enough?

Since you are still here, don’t waste it. You can still do whatever you want to do for yourself. You can still live your life in your own way. You can still change your life. It is not too late. And you can do it.

“Life is beautiful.” And it is yours to live, to accept, to love. Live it. Do not worry about the past. Let the past take care of itself. Take care of yourself. You do that by focusing on the things that make you feel alive, that make you come alive, that bring love into your life.

“Life is beautiful.” Keep making yourself happy. Keep loving the real you. Keep moving forward. And stop living in the past. When you stop living in the past, you will start living in the present.

“Life is beautiful.” To enjoy it, to live it, to explore it, to change it, to accept it, to love it, you must accept your life. Dr. Phil says, “You can’t be you if you don’t know you.” You can’t live a beautiful life if you don’t know who you are. What do you think?

You Are Worth It

Dr. Phillip C. McGraw says, “You don’t have to just mindlessly go along with this life chain you have both inherited and passively contributed to. You can begin to shape its links, actively and consciously. You need the tools, you need guidance on where to start- and what to do, but with a little help, you can do it. You are worth it, and you can do it.”

If you have been telling yourself false stories, it is time to stop it. You have your life to live, to enjoy. Do not limit yourself. If you have been doing it, do not do it again. Live your life. Give yourself permission to live your life, to love yourself, and to be comfortable with your life.

Spend quality time with yourself. Let life shine through you. And to do that, you must know you. According to Dr. Phillip C. McGraw, “You can’t be you if you don’t know you.” To do well in your life, you must know you. You must know who you are. You must know what you want. And you must know how to get there. You must be comfortable with yourself, with your life, and with whatever you are doing. Because you are here to live your life- fully.
