It Is About You

It is about you, not about others.
It is about you, not about your boss.
It is about you, not about where you work.
It is about you, not about your work.
It is not about your work.
It is about how you do your work.

It is about you. It is about how you
See yourself, how you carry yourself,
How you treat yourself. It is about you.

It is about you. If you want things to
Change, you can do it. It is your life.
You are 100% responsible for your life.
Whatever you do, you will reap the results.
You will reap the results of your thoughts.
If you think negative thoughts, you will reap the results.
If you think positive thoughts, you will reap the results.

It is about you. It is about how you do what you do.
If you want a different result,
Then you must stop doing the same thing.
If you want the same thing, then do the same thing.
But if you want your life to change,
Then you must stop doing the same thing.

It is about you. It is up to you.

When You Fail…

When you fail,
it is not the end of your life.
It is just the beginning of a new chapter.

When you fail, you are not a loser.
You are not a failure.
You are a learner.

When you fail, do not beat yourself up.
Instead, lift yourself up. Get back up.
Start again. Do not give in to fear.
Find a way to do it again.
You are still in the game if you haven't given up.

When you fail, do not take it personally.
Take it as a learning opportunity.
Take it as an opportunity to learn about yourself.
Take it as an opportunity to learn about your dream.

When you fail, it is not about you.
It is about your work.
It means you are not there yet.

When you fail, do not forget yourself.
Do not ignore yourself. Success takes time.
If you work hard, if you work smart,
If you have the courage to wait,
You will succeed. You will win.

When you fail, remember that
You cannot control everything
Around you. But you can choose
To take care of yourself, to love yourself,
To find a way to learn from your failure.
Isn't that good enough?
