Free yourself from what you have. Relax yourself. You deserve to rest yourself. You are responsible for resting yourself. If you don’t need it, but your body needs it. You must learn to detach yourself from negative thoughts.

Take care of yourself. You need it. Your body needs it. Your soul needs it. Some people will criticize you for taking care of yourself. Other people will support you for doing it. No matter what they say, they are not in charge of your life. You are your own boss. So use your power to take charge of your life. Stop attaching yourself to what you have. Stop protecting your material things. When they are done, they are done. When they are old, they are old. When it is time to let them go, let them go. It is their time to go. Do not fight to keep what you don’t need. Instead, fight yourself to detach yourself from your old negative thoughts. Life is not about attachment, but about detachment.

Detachment is life. Attachment is death. Detachment is healthy, is success, is freedom. Attachment is stress, is fear, is failure to let go. Detachment brings peace. Attachment brings panic, anxiety. That is why we suffer.

We suffer because we don’t know how to let go. Remember, you can buy anything you want, but you can’t keep everything you have. From now on, give away what you do not need. Detach yourself from old things. Detach yourself from old bad habits. Detach yourself from toxic friends. Detach yourself from your old negative thoughts. Detach yourself from fear, from hate. The key to a better life is to think good thoughts. It is embracing our problems with positive thoughts. There is nothing you cannot do if you have positive thoughts in your mind. There is no door that you cannot open if you have courageous thoughts in your heart.

We attract happiness into our lives when we use the power of positive thoughts to solve all our problems. Believe me, positive thoughts are better than negative thoughts. I know, you can’t live your life without thinking about negative things. Remember, life is more than you. Do not beat yourself up for what you can’t control. Don’t think negatively about what you can’t control. You can think about anything, but not about what you can’t control. The only thing you can do about what you can’t control is to accept the fact that you can’t control it. When you accept it, it frees you. The faster, the better.
