Figure Out What You Want

Growth is a process.
Nothing great happens overnight.
If you want to be successful at what you do,
if you want to be successful in your own life,
you must know who you really are,
what you are good at, and what you are not good at.
You must accept yourself, your life, for who you are,
not for what you have, not for what you have in the bank.
You must surround yourself with great people.
Because you can't do it alone.
You need other people to support you when the going gets really tough.
Do not be scared to ask yourself real questions.
Questions like: "Is what I am doing right now really for me?
How do I know what I want? Why do I want to do what I want to do?
Do I have what it takes to make my dreams come true?
What are my strengths? And what are my weaknesses?
Answering the above questions is just the beginning.
To figure out what you want, you must do the work.
Use your energy to craft your future.
Do not use your power, your energy, to worry about what you can't do.
Instead, use your energy to change your life, to love yourself,
and to figure out what you really want for yourself.
By the way, What do you really want?

Do You Understand Yourself?

Honesty is everything. Trust is everything. If you do not understand yourself, do not hide it from others. If you do not understand yourself, do not hide it from yourself.

You work with other people. To know them, you must first know yourself. You must first understand yourself.

Be honest about everything. If you do not know what you can do, do not hide it. Let people know. To do well, you must know what your strengths are and what your weaknesses are.

And the best way to figure it out is to pay attention to what makes you really happy. Always think like a student, not as an expert. Experts know everything. But students are learners.

If you want to grow, it is better to think like a student than to think like an expert.

Whatever you do not know, admit that you do not know it. If you have done it before, let them know what you can do. If you haven't done it before, let them know what you do not know.
Do not be scared to admit that you do not know something.
Look, if you want to learn, if you want to grow, if you want to add value to your life, it is better to look foolish for five minutes than to look foolish forever.
If you want to grow, keep learning.
