Whatever you want to change in your life, you can change it. In the words of Tom Oliver,
‘Whatever you want to change, whatever event you want to create, whatever goals you want to accomplish, you have to develop a healthy disregard for whatever exists in your life that you do not want to be there. You simply have to choose not to focus on those things.
… To change any problem or circumstance in your life and create a new reality, you have to shift your focus away from whatever you want to change, from the undesired state to what it is that you want to create.’
Take your time. Change takes time. Do not rush yourself through it. If you want it to last, you must take your time to do it. Above all, you must know why you are doing it. Know why you are putting yourself through it.
