Time management is doing more of what will make you a better human being, and doing less of what will destroy your life. The way you use your time determines the results you will get. Some people are good at managing their time well. Others are not so good at managing their time well.

If you want to be productive, to get results, to do more with less, you must manage your time well. It is very important to your growth and development. You cannot grow if you don’t know how to spend your time well. Time is a currency. If you spend your time well, you will be successful. But if you waste your time, you will be poor. The difference between the rich and the poor is how they use their time. Good time management is the way to success.

Use your time well. Don’t spend your time on small things that have no power to impact your life. Spend your time on the things that can change your life. If you have something important to do, no matter how you feel about it, get to work and do it. If you fail to do what is important, you will fail to reach your goal. If you don’t have time, make time. You can. Don’t use “I don’t have time” to set yourself back. Use “I can do it” attitude to push yourself forward. A positive attitude is all that you need to make a better life.

Charles Buxton said, “You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it.” If you want to change your life, your health, your business, your relationships, you MUST make time. You must create time to do the right thing, and the right thing will come to you.

Transitioning is…

Whether we know it or not, we are transitioning everyday. We are changing everyday. Why are we transitioning? Do we really like to do it? Why is it important?

Let us face it. No one likes to change, to move, to do things in a different way, to move a way from our friends, to change school, to change course, to change our shoes, yes, our shoes. We don’t like to transition from one place to another. Why?

Because it is difficult. Transitioning means you have to give up your old ways of doing things. It means you have to do things in different ways. It means you are growing. It requires you to leave your comfort zone. It requires you to move from one city to another city. It means you have to forget the past and embrace the future. It means you are developing. It means you are adjusting. It means you are transforming. It means you are adapting.

If transitioning is so important to our growth and development, why are people not transitioning?

People don’t like to transition or to change the way they do things because they are afraid of the unknown. They don’t know what to expect. They know that it is very emotional, very stressful, very uncomfortable, and it takes longer time to complete.

“Transitioning is Changing.”

In order to grow, you have to get comfortable with change. Transitioning is changing. If you want to transition or change to a complete different thing, start by believing in yourself that you can do it. Then start. Surround yourself with people who will lift you up. Surround yourself with people who have gone through the same process. Talk to them. Focus on ‘why’ you are changing. Don’t listen to what people are saying. They are irrelevant. What is necessary is what you are doing- changing. Even if it is not working out in the beginning, don’t give up. Keep trying and believing in yourself until you succeed. And you will.
