Change is the way forward. No one can move forward without first embracing change. Change is here to stay. You cannot do anything new without adding something to it. Whether we know it or not, everything is changing.
If you don’t want to change, what are you going to do to move forward in your life? Without change, you cannot do anything new.
Change when you are ready, not when people are ready. Don’t change if you don’t feel like changing. You have to feel it. You have to be in the right position to do so. Change within, not without.
Remember, if done correctly, your inward change will change your outer reality. Your internal change is more important to you than the external change. Focus on how you feel inside. If you feel good inside, it will change your outer reality.

You can change your life, you can change your circumstances by changing your thoughts, by changing how you use the power of your mind. Know it or not, your mind has the power to change your life. In order for it to happen, you have to use your mind to change your life. You can do that by thinking GREAT thoughts.
You cannot change your life by thinking negative thoughts. But you can change your life by changing negative thoughts into positive thoughts.Good food cannot change your health; only good thoughts can change it.
It is important to flood your mind with positive thoughts because they will determine your mood. They will determine your attitude toward life. Think great thoughts, and great things will follow. Remember, what you think about all day long will determine what happen to you, how you cope with it, and what you do going forward.
What you think about is who you are and what you do. Don’t think negative thoughts because they will create your life and your success in life.
Great thoughts are good for your health, for your life, and for your relationships. Keep thinking good thoughts, and your life will change forever.
Whether we know it or not, we are transitioning everyday. We are changing everyday. Why are we transitioning? Do we really like to do it? Why is it important?
Let us face it. No one likes to change, to move, to do things in a different way, to move a way from our friends, to change school, to change course, to change our shoes, yes, our shoes. We don’t like to transition from one place to another. Why?
Because it is difficult. Transitioning means you have to give up your old ways of doing things. It means you have to do things in different ways. It means you are growing. It requires you to leave your comfort zone. It requires you to move from one city to another city. It means you have to forget the past and embrace the future. It means you are developing. It means you are adjusting. It means you are transforming. It means you are adapting.
If transitioning is so important to our growth and development, why are people not transitioning?
People don’t like to transition or to change the way they do things because they are afraid of the unknown. They don’t know what to expect. They know that it is very emotional, very stressful, very uncomfortable, and it takes longer time to complete.

In order to grow, you have to get comfortable with change. Transitioning is changing. If you want to transition or change to a complete different thing, start by believing in yourself that you can do it. Then start. Surround yourself with people who will lift you up. Surround yourself with people who have gone through the same process. Talk to them. Focus on ‘why’ you are changing. Don’t listen to what people are saying. They are irrelevant. What is necessary is what you are doing- changing. Even if it is not working out in the beginning, don’t give up. Keep trying and believing in yourself until you succeed. And you will.
People change because they want to change, not because they are threatened to change. It is difficult to change yourself, let alone to even think of changing other people. It is good to try, but you are unlikely to succeed.
Change is not comfortable. People don’t like to change, because it is not easy. It makes them nervous. It makes them uncomfortable. They will resist it. Since you know how hard it it to convince people to change, why bother?
It is good to try. Remember, no matter what you do, no matter the strategy you use to convince them to change, there are people who will never change. They love what they are doing. They are comfortable with where they are and with what they are doing. They will change when they are ready.
In order to succeed in convincing people to change, give them valid reasons why they should change. Give them valid reasons why they should leave their comfort zones for something they don’t understand. Let them know that changing is coming. Don’t surprise them. If you do that, they will resent and resist your project. Make them understand that where they are going will be better than where they are coming from. Give them hope. Coach them. Make them comfortable. Don’t exclude those who are not in support of your change process. Listen to them. They have something valuable to add to your change project.
Don’t get frustrated if people are not ready to change. They will change when they are ready. It will not happen if they don’t believe in you. Before they even listen to you, they have to believe in what you are selling. So be honest when dealing with people. Thomas A. Kempis said, “Be not angry that you cannot make others as you wish them to be, since you cannot make yourself as you wish to be.” If you can’t change yourself, don’t even bother to change others. Change starts with you. People will change when they see you change.
Change is personal. If you want people to change, be honest, and give them time to process it. Don’t rush them, and they will consider it.
