But here is the good news: “No one can control you if you do not permit it.” Don’t permit it. Take charge of your life. That is the only way you can live well.

It is important to know that you are the master controller of your life. If you don’t control your life, someone else will. Don’t be afraid to stand up for your life. Don’t be afraid to speak up against injustice. Don’t apologize for living your life. Don’t be afraid to walk away from anything that is hurting you. If you don’t walk away, you will end up wasting away. You don’t want to waste away your life; you want to live your life. But you can’t do that if you keep tolerating the things that are making you unhappy. It is your choice.
