How To Find Your Strengths

Do you know what you are good at? Do you know what you can do better than other people?

If you do not know, you are not alone. Be patient with yourself. Be patient with the process of your own self-discovery.

You can’t figure it out overnight. Self-discovery is a journey. It takes time.

To really know what you are good at, you must challenge yourself. You must get out and search for it. You do that by talking to real people, people who are not afraid to tell you what you are good at, what you do better than other people.

Pay attention to your feelings. Pay attention to what makes you happy. Do not dilute your self-discovery with other people’s dreams. Self-discovery is a personal thing. It is not a global thing.

It is your own thing. When you focus on finding out what you are good at, what makes you happy, you start to do what you have not done before. You start to train your mind for tough things. You start to think like your future self.

Because when you train your mind to believe in what you are doing, your life begins to change.

But it is not going to change if you are not committed to making it happen. Do not forget that great things happen when we commit ourselves to them.

You can. You are in charge. You are responsible for changing your life.

If you are serious about finding out what you are good at, you must first get out of your comfort zone.

If you do not leave your comfort zone, nothing is going to change.

This Is Why You Should Pay Attention To The People Around You

People matter. The people in your life can lift you up. They can also bring you down. They can make your life a masterpiece. And they can also make it a masterpieces.

They can bless you. They can make your life really miserable. But you can change it. You can change it. Because you are in charge of your life.

You have the right to choose you first. You have the right to choose your friends. If you want to create a better world, a peaceful world, a mindful world, you have got to choose your friends wisely.

Ask yourself, ‘Who are my friends?’ ‘What are they up to? How do they treat themselves? How are they treating other people? Are they treating people right? Are they interested in what is going on around them? Are they true to themselves? How do I feel when I am with them? How do they treat me? Are they nice to me? Are they supportive? Do they care about my dreams? Are they happy people? When they fail at something, how do they treat failure? Are they dreamers? Are they doers? Are they active?’

Answer some of them yourself. Be honest with yourself. If you are not enjoying your friends, they are not the right ones for you. They are not the right ones for your future. They are not the right ones for your life. And they are not the right ones for your dreams.

If you are not happy when you are with your friends, then do not waste your time with them. Because if they can’t make themselves happy, they can’t make other people happy. Here is one truth: Do not wait for other people to make you happy. Your happiness is within you. You have it. Maintain it. Nurture it.

Whether your friends are happy or not, your primary job is to make yourself happy. When you are happy, you can make other people happy. You can create an environment where happiness is possible, where people are free to live their lives, where people are free to connect with other like-minded people.

That is how we grow. We grow when we connect with the right people. That is how a better life is built. A better life is built when we build it together. But if you are with people who don’t value you, who do not respect you, you have a choice. And one of your choices is to limit your contact with them. Limit the time you spend with them. When you limit your time with them, you will have enough time for positive people.

Remember, positive people like other positive people. Negative people like other negative people.

If you want to achieve greatness, if you want to achieve your full potential, you need doers in your life. You need real friends in your life.
