The Striving For Happiness

Happiness is a natural thing. It is not for sale. Money can make you comfortable, but can’t buy you happiness.

Happiness is a natural business. If you understand the law of nature, you will understand the law of happiness. The law of happiness is simple: “Don’t find me, I am already in you.”

Your happiness is in your own hands. It is not in my hands. It is not in your partner’s hands. It is not in your teacher’s hands. It is not in your employees’ hands. It is in your own hands.

“Happiness is the absence of the striving for happiness.”- Zhuang Zhou

It is your business to make yourself happy. Yes, you can make yourself happy. But before you can make yourself happy, you must do two things:

Don’t look for happiness. Why? Because you can never find what is already inside you elsewhere. If you have the courage to just stop and do the right things, happiness will come to you.

Accept yourself. We cannot be happy if we don’t accept who we are. If you are really looking for happiness, this is the place to start. Forget about what you have been telling yourself. You must change your mind about yourself. You must change your mind about your situation. You must start to think positive thoughts. Only positive thoughts bring happiness.

Now is the time to focus on your uniqueness. Accept your strengths. Accept your weaknesses. Don’t see yourself as a loser. See yourself as a winner. Once you are able to do that, happiness will come to you.

“You are the only person on earth who can make you happy.” Do it now!

It Is About You.

If we want other people to accept us, we must first accept ourselves.” It is important to fall in love with ourselves, regardless of what is going on around us.

Love is a connector. We connect with our inner self through self-love. Do not wait for people to accept you before you accept yourself.

You own yourself. Nobody owns you. If you don’t treat yourself well, you are indirectly telling people how they should treat you. Love yourself. Accept yourself, and the world will do the same.

“… if we cannot accept ourselves, that we are worthy and deserving, then we cannot accept that other people are worthy and deserving, and will therefore be in judgement of them.”-
