Rejection Is Not About You

You are not wasting your time. You are not playing with your life. You are where you are supposed to be. Whatever it is that is going on in your life, do not forget who you are. Do not give in to fear. Do not give in to what others are saying about you. If you do not listen to them, it won’t affect you.

If you are not getting what you want, do not worry about it. It is not about you. It is not about what you can do or what you cannot do. Because it is not. Because rejection is NOT about you. It is about what you are doing. When you are faced with issues, do not stop there. Ask yourself some hard questions. Do not give in to rejection. Because it is not about you.

Rejection is your learning platform. It is your way forward. Yes, it is not easy to feel rejected. It is okay. That is life. If you want to live your life, rejection is the way. Be okay with it.

They Are Your Real Friends

People are calling you. Your friends are calling you. The question is, ‘Are you listening to them?’

If you want to hear, you must pay attention. Listen for something. Listen to your people, people who love you, who are for you, no matter what is going on in your life.

Your people, people who are willing to do whatever it takes to help you succeed. They are your true friends.

If you want to make a difference in the world, you need true friends. You do not need people who are not for you. You do not need any dream killers. You need more dreamers.

Do not ignore your real friends. You must listen to them. They know you. They know what you can do. When they are talking, just listen.

Because they are your true friends. Because they want you to succeed in your own life.

You need them. Because when they see things that are not good, that are not going to help you succeed, things that are unproductive, they will not stand for them. They will do something about them. They will bring them to light. Because they know that they are not going to get better if nothing is done about them.

Remember, nothing gets better by itself. If you want to know more about something, get closer to it. The closer, the better.
