This Is True Freedom

Freedom is for all of us. If you say you are free, then you are free. If you say you are not free, then you are not free.

But you can set yourself free. You can free yourself from your past resentments. You can set yourself free from your past failed relationships. You can set yourself free from your past experiences with your boss. You can set yourself free from criticizing yourself. You can set yourself free from your poor performances.

You are the only one who can do it for you. Remember, when I say free, I am not talking about physical freedom. Because that is not freedom. The one that I am talking about is mental freedom.

Because freedom is about your mind, not just about your physical freedom. You can move around. You can do things you love to do. You can make money. You can buy the best things. All that you can have. They are just things, not freedom.

You are free when your mind is free, when your thoughts are clean.’

But if you are not mentally free, if you are not free to think your thoughts, the right thoughts, you are not free.

You are free when you are in charge of your life. You are free when you are doing what you love to do. You are free when you are in charge of your thoughts. You are free when you can eat what you love to eat.

You are free when you know when to walk away from a toxic relationship. You are free when you love yourself enough to stop negative influences from taking over your life. You are free when you don’t take yourself too seriously. You are free when you are living your life the way you want to live it.

You are free when you know what is good for you, when you know what is not good for you. You are free when you know when to say enough is enough. You are free when you are comfortable with yourself, no matter what is going on in your life.

You are free when you put other people first, when you treat other people as human beings, not as others. You are free when you take care of yourself. Above all, you are free when you permit yourself to do great things, when you have the courage to say, ‘I love who I am becoming.’

The question is, ‘Are you truly free?’
