What Is An ‘Innovation Culture?’

Whether you are in business or not, whatever you are doing right now, today, if you are not pursuing innovation, if you are not creating something new, your days are numbered.

Innovation is the key. Without it, you are not going to survive.

According to Peter Sander, ‘Innovation culture is a work environment that enhances, rather than impedes, the delivery of visionary products to the market.’ If you can’t do it, other companies will do it for you.

But for people looking for work, before you accept any job offer, try to understand what they stand for. It is better now than later.

If you love to innovate, to change, to modify, to create, then ‘an innovation culture’ is for you. But if you don’t like chaos, stress, discomfort, then it is not for you.

Don’t hang in there. Instead, go out there and look for your own culture. It does not make you a loser. It means you know what you want for yourself.

It means you know what is good for you. And it means you know where you are going. And you will get there.
