Leadership Begins With Self-Awareness

To know others, you must see yourself in them.

If you want to be successful, self-awareness is important.
Because if you do not know who you are,
if you do not know yourself,
if you do not know what you can do,
if you do not know what you cannot do,
you will find it difficult to lead other people.

To lead others, you must first lead yourself.
You must first "know thyself."

According to Fiona Buckland, "Self-awareness
is your primary leadership skill. You lead
from yourself, with yourself."

If you want to lead others, know who you are.
If you want know others, know yourself.
If you want others to follow you, you go first.
When you do, they will come.

Be Grateful For Everything In Your Life

A better life starts with gratitude.
A better day starts with gratitude.
And opportunities start with gratitude.

When you are grateful for what people
have done for you, you will have
more things in your life to celebrate.

Whether something is big or small,
make it a habit to always treat what you
have with love, with care, with respect.

If you want more, be grateful for what
you still have.
If you want more opportunities,
then you must stop beating yourself up.
And start living your life.
And start celebrating what you have.
And stop worrying yourself about what is gone.
