When Courage Is At War With Fear

Fear says, ‘you are not responsible for your life.’ Courage says, ‘you are responsible for your life. You are responsible for your mistakes. You are responsible for where you are.’

Fear says, ‘when you mess up, blame other people. Courage says, ‘no.’ Courage says, ‘when you mess up, you are responsible for your mess. If you want it to change, you have got to stop blaming other people.’

Fear says, ‘Don’t worry about growth. You are okay where you are.’ But courage says, ‘no.’ Courage says, ‘growth happens when you move, when you have the courage to face your future, to do what is scary, to take risks, to do what is uncomfortable, not when you are stuck in one place.’

Fear says, ‘where you are right now, your comfort zone, is good for your growth.’ Courage says, ‘comfort zone is just comfort zone. When you are comfortable, you are not learning. When you are comfortable, you are not moving; you are just there. You are not stretching yourself. You are not adding value to your life. You are not growing through life. Instead, you are just going through life’

Courage says, ‘Do not be afraid to try what is new, what you do not know. Do not be afraid to challenge yourself, to change your mind, to challenge your assumptions. Because that is how you are going to grow.’

The question is, ‘Do you want to experience a new life?’

How To Reduce Your Worries

The best way to solve anything is to face it. When you face it, you can do something about it. When you worry about it, it is still there. You have not done anything to make it better.

That is why you shouldn’t worry yourself about something that you cannot do anything about. You can worry all you like. It is still there.

To make things better, ask yourself, ‘What is the worst thing can possibly happen?’ And guess what, nothing is going to break you.

Whatever it is that you are worrying about, make a plan as to how you are going to make it better. If you are behind in your assignment, make a plan as to how you are going to go back to work.

Do not start big. Start small. If you are behind in your assignment, you can start by doing one research paper per day. If you don’t know what to do, do what is important. Focus on the most important thing. When you do the most important one, others will follow.

When you are trying to solve any problem, you do not need more chaos. All you need is a plan, an action. Not just a plan, but an action one.

When you have a good plan of action to handle your worries, it will lessen its severity. If you have the courage to just focus on what is important to you, you are free to live your life again.

It is okay to worry about something, especially when it is not what you expect. That is okay. That is life. Worrying is part of who we are. It is going to be there.

But you are bigger than whatever it is that you are going through in your life. Remember who you are. You are a child of God. Who is bigger than God? No one. Who is in charge of your life? God.

When you know who you are, when you know what you are doing, where you are going, you can break through whatever it is that you are worrying about.

Stop worrying, start living your life. Will you focus on your life?
