Learn To Love Yourself As You Really Are

Absolutely! You are worthy of love.’ No matter what is going on in your life, you are good enough to enjoy your life. Be happy. Celebrate what is working for you. Focus on what you are doing. Do not dwell on your failures, but learn from them. Do not beat yourself up over other people’s lives. Do not think they are better than you. No, they are not. They have their own problems to deal with.

If you really want to enjoy the life that you still have, you must learn to love yourself. According to Gerry Hussey, ‘Learning to accept and love ourselves fully as we are is the starting point of positive transformation that is founded on love and acceptance, and not fear and rejection.’

No one is perfect. You are good enough for yourself. Do not let anything pull you down. And do not pull yourself down. Stop telling yourself negative things. Instead of telling yourself negative things, why not tell yourself lots of positive stuff. They are better than negative talks.

Love Yourself The Way You Want To Be Loved

The ultimate expression of love is loving another in the way they want to be loved.’- Gary John Bishop

Is life without love even possible? Living a life without love is like driving a car without gas. That is not possible. It is not possible because love is energy. Love is life.

Where there is no love, there can be no life, no movement, and no growth. Love is important. It is the reason we are here. And if you want to give it to other people, you must first give it to yourself. You must first love yourself the way you want to be loved.

Do not be scared. It is not a bad thing to love yourself first. If you think it is bad to love yourself first, then think about this question: ‘Can you give out what you do not have?’ Is it possible?

If you are true to yourself, the answer is no. And that is why you shouldn’t wait for others to love you. If you have the courage to love yourself the way you want to be loved, I think that is good enough. According to Gary John Bishop, ‘When someone say they don’t love you, it doesn’t have anything to do with you.’ It has everything to do with them. Why? Because you can’t give out what you do not have.
