How To Make Fear Work For You

“… The enemy is just as frightened as you are, and probably more so. They are not superman.”- George S. Patton

That is exactly how you should treat your fears. They are not superman. It is okay to fear something, but don’t be paralyzed by it. Don’t ignore your future because of fear. Don’t let go of opportunities because of fear. You must find a way to work with your fear. You can’t cure your fear, but you can work with it.

Stay positive. Believe in yourself. Believe that fear cannot stop you from reaching your goals. We all fear something. But you can put an end to it. You can change how you see your fear. Don’t feed your fear, starve it. When you look at your fear differently, the size of your fear will change. You must do that if you are to enjoy your journey to the other side of life. The better side.

To get to the better side of life, you must first conquer your fear. You must look fear in the eye. You must find a way to walk past it. You must take action. Action cures fear. If you want to take advantage of fear, take action.

You can also conquer your fear with love and compassion. Fear cannot stand love. Love is calm, strong, and productive. Love is healthier, wealthier, and nicer than fear. The root of love is untouchable. So if you want to really deal with your fear, practice the art of love. Share love, not fear. Love will put you in the right direction. Fear, on the other hand, will put you in the direction of anxiety. No matter what, love always wins.

If you don’t handle fear, it will handle you. To prevent that, you must work with it. You must conquer it. Don’t let it stop you from pursuing your goal. Don’t talk yourself out of your goal. We do that when we are scared of facing our fears. If you can deal with your fear today, tomorrow is yours.

Do More Of What Makes You Happy

“Happiness always looks small while you hold it in your hands, but let it go, and you learn at once how big and precious it is.”– Maxim Gorky

You want to be happy, right? Do you think you can find it? If you think so, where do you think you can find it? Where? Can you measure happiness? Is it measurable? Maybe, maybe not.

You can find happiness if you do the right things. Happiness is everywhere. If you really care about your happiness, check your actions, check your relationships, check your work, and check yourself. Are they making you happy, or are they hurting you? If they make you happy, embrace them. But if they are hurting you, stay away. To put simply, do more of what makes you happy. And do less of what hurts you.

Your happiness is in your own hands. Do not neglect it. We lose whatever we neglect. If you want to be happier, do not neglect what makes you happy. According to Andre Maurois, ” When one is already happy it is important not to lose the virtues which have produced happiness.” Whatever it is that makes you happy, keep it. Don’t let it go. Because your happiness is in your own hands. Don’t you think so?
