How To Get To “A Place Of Kindness And Caring”

There is no way to self-improvement and strength but by loving and celebrating yourself, your life, your accomplishments in the present moment.

Stop complaining. stop fighting for what is not yours. You are not perfect. Instead of trying to be perfect, why not focus on improving your life. If you can do that for yourself, it will help you a lot. It will bring peace and harmony into your life.

Epictectus once said, “If you wish to improve yourself, be content to be seen as ignorant or clueless about some things.”

What you know is your power. So do not worry about what you do not know. But it does not mean you should ignore it. But do not let it bother you.

Remember that life is not going to give you everything. So do not worry about what is not there. You have a lot going well for you. Focus on them. Reflect on them. Celebrate them. Sharon Salzberg says, “When you recognize and reflect on even one good thing about yourself, you are building a bridge to a place of kindness and caring.” She is right.

If you want to enjoy your life, if you want to make peace with your inner self, you must learn how to reflect on what is going well for you. When you do that, you will have more to celebrate.

No Matter What, I Will Not Stand On The Side Of Judgments

“People judge other people when they are not comfortable with themselves, when they don’t love themselves, when they don’t believe in themselves, when they are afraid to live their own lives.”

No matter what people may have done to you, do not stand on the side of judgments. Because it is the right thing to do. Judge not. Why do we even do it? Why are we judging others when we are not perfect? Why are you worrying yourself about other people?

They are living their lives. But you are worrying about them. Why?

If you do not want other people to judge you, then do not judge them. If you do, they will.

It is not your right to judge others. Let them live their lives. They don’t own you anything. And you are not owning them anything. So why worry about them? You have enough to worry about in your own life.

Worry about yourself. Do not judge anyone. Because people judge others when they are not comfortable with themselves, when they don’t love themselves, when they are afraid to live their lives.

Judging others won’t help you. Instead, it will limit your growth. It will keep you where you are. And if you want to set yourself free, you must stop judging other people. And you can do it. And I know you will do it for yourself, for your soul, for your peace.
