What Worries You, Masters You

John Locke said, “What worries you, masters you.” Worrying is not the way to go in our lives. We worry too much. We worry about things that will never happen to us. If you have something going on in your life, worrying about it won’t help you. It will hurt you. It is okay to think about your problems, but not worrying yourself about it. If you want to solve a problem, don’t worry about it, think about it.

Life is full of stress. But you must do everything within your power to manage it. Focus on what will make you happy. If you like to practice meditation, do more of it. If you like to read to calm yourself, do more of it. Just do what makes you happy. Do what makes you relax yourself, your soul. Because you are not here to worry, but to live your life. How you manage your life will make all the difference. Are you going to stop worrying yourself?

“What worries you, masters you.”-

4 Simple Steps For Living Happily

You deserve to live your life the way you want it. We all want to be happy, but we are not. Why? What is going on? Why are most of us still searching for happiness? Why are we trying to force happiness into our lives? Why?

If you are not finding happiness in your life, don’t look too far, look within you. Why is that? Because you have the power to create whatever you want in your life, including happiness. Why are you not doing it? You can make yourself happy. And you can also make yourself miserable. As one wise man said, “If you want to be happy, be.” If you want to make yourself happy, make it. Do it!

You deserve happiness and ease- no more and no less than anyone else.”- Mark Bertin

To live happily, you must be yourself. You cannot live happily without a deep knowledge of self. It is very important to know yourself. Because if you don’t know who you are, you cannot make yourself happy.

To live happily, you must focus on what can really make you happy. Choose one thing that, if you work on it, would make a big difference in your life. It is better to waste your time doing something that can change your life. Don’t waste your time. It is irrevocable.

To live happily, you must embrace each challenge that comes your way. You cannot live happily without problems. When you encounter a problem, don’t worry yourself about the problem. Find a way to solve it. Embrace it as an opportunity to move your life forward. Remember, “You cannot grow without solving problems.” If you are ready to solve problems, then you are ready to grow.

To live happily, you must allow yourself to experience life. Stop trying to resist life. Allow yourself to just be in the moment. Do not try to control what you cannot control. Just live! In Meditation of the Week, Elisha Goldstein writes, “Whatever is being experienced, just allow it and let it be.” Just let your life be.
