Do You Really know Who Your Friends Are?

Friends are important. The question is, ‘Do you really know who your friends are?’ Do you know what they are doing? Do you know how they treat other people? Do you know how they talk about things they do not understand? Do you know what they do when they are alone? Do you know what they are going after in life? Do you know what they like? Do you know what they do not like?

What about you? How do they talk about you? How do they treat you? Do they celebrate you when you win something? What about when you lose? Do they get angry when you tell them something great about yourself? Are they willing to work with you? Are they mean to you? Are they jealous of you?

Look, friends are important to you, to me, to others. But no one wants to be around people who are going to make you unhappy. No one wants to be with a bad friend, a jealous sucker. No one wants to be with a terrible person.

If you are not comfortable with your friends, you have a choice: move away from them.

If you do not, you are fooling yourself.

How To Be True To Yourself

Life is full of opportunities. If you want to get some, you must be true to yourself. You must be comfortable with who you are.

If you do not have the courage to be you, to follow you, to wake up, to stop sleeping, then you are not helping yourself.

You are not helping yourself. You are cheating yourself. You are stealing from your future. You are not watering your plants. You are starving yourself.

And you will find it really difficult to connect with your inner self, your peaceful world.

That is a problem. And people will figure it out that you are not real, that you are not telling them the truth.

To show the world who you really are, to connect with yourself, you must open your heart and let other people see the real you. Do not hide yourself. Do not deceive yourself.

If you want to build trust, be proud of who you are, what you are doing, and how you are doing it. Because you are doing your own thing. And you are doing it in your own way. That is good enough.

It is good enough for you. It is good enough for your life. And it is good enough for those who are for you.

Peace comes from enough. When you are enough for yourself, you don’t have anything to worry about. You are okay the way you are. You are happy with yourself.

Whether you have or not, you are happy with who you are. That is what people want to see. People are interested in who you are, not what you have.

Remember, people follow other people who are true to themselves. If you want people to follow you, to do anything for you, you MUST be true to yourself.
