Face Your Fears Anyway

You are not alone. You are going to go through your fears. You are not going to be messed up by your fears. You are better, bigger than your fears.

If you want to get something done, understand that fear is going to show up anyway. You can’t stop fear from being fear. But do not let it stop you from moving forward.

Face it. Take small actions. Do not overthink things. If you have something in front of you, even if you have not done it before, do not overthink it. Do it!

You have nothing to lose. But you have learning to gain. It is better to try than not. Because we grow when we try. We get better when we face our fears. We get smarter when we try new things, when we meet new people, and when we think new thoughts.

If you have been too scared to move out of your comfort zone, if you have been too scared to take more risks, to challenge your assumptions, to face your demons, to do what you love to do, to search for a new job, to take a new course, to read new books, to visit new places, not because you do not know what you want, but because you don’t know who you are, facing your fears will make life easier for you to live.

Facing your fears is the only way forward. If you don’t want your fear to kill you, you must get ahead of your fear.

But you are not going to be able to remove your fears from your life. That is not going to happen. You are not going to be able to overcome your fears by avoiding them. You are not going to be able to overcome your fears by doing nothing.

To face your fear, you must have the courage to stand before your fear. Because without fear, your courage won’t grow. Fear makes courage possible.

You get things done when you face your fears, when you say, ‘enough is enough’. No matter what is standing in front of me, I am going to go forward. I am going to press on. I am not going to say no to my dreams.’

Do you have the courage to face your fears? If not, why not? What are you doing about it?

As always, you are more, not less!

Living Your Life Means…

If you are living your life, you have nothing to worry about. But if you are not living your real life, if you are trying to fit in, if you are trying to be who you are not, if you are telling yourself lies, if you do not have the courage to express your authentic Self, you have everything to worry about.

Why is that? Because authenticity builds life. Lies destroy lives. When you are real, when you don’t fake your life, you are in a better position in your life. And you are in a better position to face what is coming, what you do not yet know.

Living your life means you are just you. You are not scared to express who you are. You are comfortable with yourself.

You are not living your life if you are still hiding your real self, if you are still thinking about what other people are thinking about you, if you do not have the courage to ask for what you want and need.

You are not. You are living your life when you are free to show the world who you really are, what you can do to change the world, when you are not afraid to speak your mind, when you are not pretending to be who you are not, when you are comfortable with yourself, when you are comfortable talking about your weaknesses, when you take your life seriously, and when you are who you are, no matter where you are.

Living your life means doing what other people are afraid to do. It means you are living your real life, not faking anything. Living your real life mean you know what you do not know. It means you are willing to make things better, no matter what.

In order to do it really well, to live your real life, you have got to believe in yourself. You have got to have a solid foundation. You have got to love your life, no matter what is going on within you. Because self-love is everything. When you love yourself, you can bear anything in life. You can handle anything in life.

The question is, ‘Do you have the courage to live your life?’
