You Will Never Be The Same Person If You Give Up On Your Dream

If you want to be happy, follow your dream. Do not give up on your dream. Earl Nightingale once said, “Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.” If you want to grow, do not worry about the time it will take you to get there. Instead, worry about not pursuing your dream.

“The act of taking the first step is what separates the winners from the losers.”- Brian Tracy

Because if you give up on your dream, you will never get to where you are going. Don’t do it. No one knows your dream better than you. You know why you are chasing your dream. You know why you are doing what you are doing. And you know where your dream is taking you. You know it better than anyone. Do not give it up. If you do, you will never find happiness. If you give up on your dream, you will never be happy with what you have. To avoid that, no matter what, you must work really hard to make your dream happen. You must do whatever it takes to make your dream happen, to live your dream, to enjoy the process. Process matters.

“First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.”- Epitectus

To make your dream come true, do not just talk about it, you must take action. In the words of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, “Action springs not from thought, but from a readiness for responsibility.” Take responsibility for your life, for your future, for your actions. Do not wait for anyone to do it for you. Because you know your dream better than anyone. Do not give up on your dream. If you can see it, if you can think it, if you can plan it, you can take action. And if you can take action, you can make it happen. Do it for YOU.

If At First You Don’t Win, Don’t Quit

If at first you don’t win, do not quit. According to W.C. Fields, “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. Then quit. No use being a damn fool about it.” Failure will always come to you. You can’t stop failure. The only thing you can do is to embrace it. Don’t limit yourself. Allow yourself to fail. Because without failure, you will never grow. We grow when we fail, when we make mistakes. As Sophia Loren once said, “Mistakes are part of the dues one pays for a full life.” Without failure, nothing happens. Without failure, you won’t grow.

“If you are not failing, you are not doing enough.”

And if you want to grow, do not fear failure. Failure is the way, not the obstacle. If you are not failing, you are not doing enough. If you are not failing, you are not learning. If you are not failing, you are not growing. Do not let failure stop you from living your full life. You can do anything. You can create anything. You can be anything. But you must work really hard to make it happen.

“Without failure, there can be no growth.”

Talk is cheap. Actions are expensive. Do not be a talker, be a doer. Talkers fear failures. But doers welcome failures. They learn from their mistakes.

And without failure, there can be no growth, there can be no success, and there can be no happiness.
