Face Your Fears Anyway

You are not alone. You are going to go through your fears. You are not going to be messed up by your fears. You are better, bigger than your fears.

If you want to get something done, understand that fear is going to show up anyway. You can’t stop fear from being fear. But do not let it stop you from moving forward.

Face it. Take small actions. Do not overthink things. If you have something in front of you, even if you have not done it before, do not overthink it. Do it!

You have nothing to lose. But you have learning to gain. It is better to try than not. Because we grow when we try. We get better when we face our fears. We get smarter when we try new things, when we meet new people, and when we think new thoughts.

If you have been too scared to move out of your comfort zone, if you have been too scared to take more risks, to challenge your assumptions, to face your demons, to do what you love to do, to search for a new job, to take a new course, to read new books, to visit new places, not because you do not know what you want, but because you don’t know who you are, facing your fears will make life easier for you to live.

Facing your fears is the only way forward. If you don’t want your fear to kill you, you must get ahead of your fear.

But you are not going to be able to remove your fears from your life. That is not going to happen. You are not going to be able to overcome your fears by avoiding them. You are not going to be able to overcome your fears by doing nothing.

To face your fear, you must have the courage to stand before your fear. Because without fear, your courage won’t grow. Fear makes courage possible.

You get things done when you face your fears, when you say, ‘enough is enough’. No matter what is standing in front of me, I am going to go forward. I am going to press on. I am not going to say no to my dreams.’

Do you have the courage to face your fears? If not, why not? What are you doing about it?

As always, you are more, not less!

When You Are In Your Comfort Zone

Where are you now? What are you doing? Are you moving forward? Are you getting closer to your dreams? Or are you stuck in your comfort zone?

You can unstuck yourself. You can get yourself out of your comfort zone.

When you are in your comfort zone, you are not adding value to your life. You are busy, but you are not growing.

You are working, but you are not learning. You are earning, but it is not enough. You are not happy, but you do not know what to do.

You are not happy, but you are still there. You want to leave, but you are too scared to do it.

You don’t like what is going on there, but you don’t have the power to do anything about it.

Your heart is gone, but your body is still there. You are there, but you are not there. You hate being there, but you need the money.

You want to move up, but you get kicked back. You know more than you are doing. But you can’t use it.

You try to be yourself, but it is not easy. Your character is being tested every day.

But you do not have to tolerate your comfort zone. If it is not working for you, it is working against you.

Look, whether you know it or not, you are the only one paying the price for accepting what is not acceptable, for staying where you are not supposed to stay.

To change that, you have got to get yourself out of your comfort zone. If you are too scared to do it, just remember this: ‘Your comfort zone is not your friend. It is your enemy. It is stealing from your future. It doesn’t want you to get better.’

If you don’t face it, that is who you are going to be. The question is, Is that who you really want to be?

As always, you are more, not less!
