Don’t Worry

Don’t worry. Don’t worry about what other people are thinking of you. Just know that you are special. You are unique.

Don’t worry about where you are right now. It is temporary. It will change with effort. It will disappear with action.

Don’t worry about your past mistakes. They are dead and buried in the past. You are living in the present, so worry about the present.

Don’t worry about your future. It is just a dream.

Don’t worry about what you cannot do. Focus on what you can do. No one is perfect. Don’t worry.

Always Do Your Best With What You Have

“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”- Arthur Ashe

The time is never right to do anything. Always do your best with what you have, where you are. If your best is not enough, ask for more. Yes, ask for more. Why is that? Because the more you do, the more you will get. It does not happen always, but it is better than asking for less. Don’t ask for less. If you do, it will shrink you. It will shrink your dreams, your goals.

When it comes to asking for more, I am not saying you should take on more things than you can handle. That is not my point. My point is: “Do not waste your time waiting for the perfect time.” It will never come.

Doing your best means you know what you can do, where you are, what you have, and where you are going. It also means that you recognize your weaknesses, but you don’t focus on them. Instead, you focus on using your strengths to change your life, to give your best, to be your best, to love, to live your life, to connect with your passion, and to believe in yourself.

If you have given your best, then expect the best. You get what you expect, but not without doing your own part. Not without taking action to change things. Don’t be scared to take action. Use what you have to take action to change your life. Only action can cure laziness, fear, and procrastination. Take it!
