How You Create Your Own Reality

In the words of Brianna Wiest, ‘What you associate becomes fused together for you. What you consistently exposed yourself to becomes so familiar, it is eventually preferred, defaulted to. What you say most often begins to form elements of your inner narrative, the way in which you dictate who you are and how you interact with the world.’

Your reality happens every day. When you wake up in the morning, your reality starts. When you think, your are creating your own reality. When you act, you are creating what you want to see in your life. When you don’t do what you are supposed to do, you are making your own bed.

Remember that your reality is how you live your life every day. So if you do not like what you are reaping, then you must change what you are planting. If you don’t like what you are getting, then change what you are doing.

As always, You are more, not less!

Are You Comfortable Being Yourself?

No matter where you are, you are a human being. You are different. And it is okay to be different.

That is what makes us special, unique, and interesting.

If you want to live your life, if you want to experience your real life, you need to be comfortable with yourself.

It doesn’t matter who you are. If you are not comfortable being your true self, you are not living.

Remember, the only person you can ever become is you. The only person you can ever trust is you.

If you are not comfortable with yourself, you are not going to be comfortable with other people.

If you want to enjoy your life, you must be comfortable being who you really are.

Do not hide yourself. Why is that? Because if you are not yourself, you can never be comfortable with others.

If you are not comfortable with yourself, ask yourself, ‘Why?’ Why are you feeling the way you feel?

Are you comparing yourself to others? If you are comparing yourself to others, you are going to lose. Because you are different.

We are different. And we are created differently. Above all, we are pursuing different dreams.

If you really want to compare yourself to anyone, why not compare yourself to yourself?

Never feel bad about yourself. You are good enough for yourself, for your partner.

Remember, the only person you can change is you. Isn’t that good enough?
