Chris Groser says, “Opportunities don’t happen. You create them.” Opportunities are everywhere. Do not limit yourself. Whatever you want, you can get it. But it comes with a price? Are you willing to pay the price to get what you want? Are you willing to be defeated? Are you willing to fail? Are willing and ready to do the impossible, to walk alone? Are you?
If you really want it, you will have to do what others don’t want to do. You will have to first overcome whatever it is that is on your path to your success. And you will have to prepare your mind.
Remember, nothing is impossible. Whatever you want, if you want it badly, you can get it, if you are willing to pay the price. James Allen said, “The price of life is effort.” Because nothing happens without action. If you want to succeed, you must take action. Do not just dream. If you want it badly, you must take action to make it happen.
Dream is the beginning. Action is the end. Dream starts something. Action finishes it.
Opportunities are everywhere. But if you do not focus on opportunities, you won’t see them. Do not forget that you only get what you invite into your life. If you want something, go for it. Do not fear failures. Do not fear mistakes. People don’t try because they don’t want to fail. If you do not want to fail, then how are you going to get to where you want to be? It won’t happen.
As Seth Godin put it, “If you’re working on the frontier, if you’re leading, creating or inventing, you’re signed up for mistakes. That’s the price of innovation.” So if you want to grow, you must sign up for failures. If you want to get to where you want to be, you must sign up for more mistakes.
Do you have the courage to do it?
