Denis Waitley said, “Don’t dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer.”
That is what a lot of people are not doing. When something goes wrong in their lives, instead of finding solutions to what went wrong, they will spend their entire time asking “why me.” To think like that is to make things worse, not better.

.
If you make mistakes, don’t dwell on it. Find out how you are going to make it better. Find out how you are going to prevent it from happening again in the future. If you do that, you will have the energy to continue your work. But if you get stuck with what went wrong, you will be frustrated.
Accept your mistakes, learn from it, and move on.
