If You Are Doing Your Best

What does it mean to do your best?

If you are doing your best, you will be happier than when you are not doing your best. We are here to do our best, not to do our worst. If you do your best, you will get the best. If you do your worst, you will reap your worst.

No matter where you are and what you are doing, try to always be the best, think the best, act the best, and live the best. That is the only way to a successful life.

You cannot be the best if you continue to do bad things. Remember, bad things cannot give you want you want. Only good things can give you what you want.

According to H. Jackson Brown, Jr., “If you are doing your best, you won’t have anytime to worry about failure.”

That is right.

If you are really, really doing your best in life and at work, you won’t have anytime to:

Worry about your failures.

Worry about your mistakes.

Please people who are not pleasing you.

Love people who are not loving you.

Be around people who are not thinking in positive ways.

Waste your time on things that are not helping you get better in life

Think about what others are thinking about you

Think negatively about the things that are not working well for you.

Doing your best allows you to ignore these things. If you can ignore them, the better and healthier and happier your life will be.

Ignore them!

It Is Up To You

What we are going through today could have been prevented, but we did not prevent them. We allowed them to harm us. We allowed them to set us back. We allowed them to stop us from moving forward. Why?

Many problems we are facing today are not really problems. The way we react to the problems makes them even worse. It is up to you if you want to be reactor or a proactor. It is up to you to make the right decisions to change your circumstances today- right now! It is up to you if you still want to continue hanging out with friends who put you down, who belittle you, who never support anything that you want to do, who never want you to succeed in anything. It is up to you.

It is up to you whether or not you want to start taking responsibility for your actions, and stop blaming people for what has happened to you. The more you blame other people for your own mess, the more frustrated you will be.

It is up to you whether or not you want to forgive people who have treated you badly. It is up to you.

It is up to you whether or not you want to develop yourself- personally and professionally. You can do it if you want to, but it is up to you.

It is up to you to love or hate yourself. It is up to you, not me.
